Frederic combines legal expertise with business acumen to help global multinational corporations develop strategies for domestic and international expansion. His clients have included technology-focused organizations, e-commerce and online marketing groups. His scope includes general corporate advice, commercial transactions, sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and global compliance and competition.

Fluent in French and English, Frederic is licensed to practice in Washington State and registered to the Rolls as a Solicitor with the Law Society of England and Wales. He is also a founder of Gonzaga’s international law journal.
